DELIVERY


Our online shop is an extension of our salon's retail offerings so you can experience Hair Shaka at home. With a well-curated selection of salon-quality hair, beauty and lifestyle products, shop online and gift yourself (or a loved one) the ultimate care and pampering you deserved.

We are able to deliver your products islandwide at a minimal fee for transportation. 

​

For orders up to S$300 in cart value, the delivery fee is S$5.00, while Free Delivery is offered for orders above S$300. We will let you know when your order is dispatched to your delivery address.

​

An additional surcharge of $10 will be imposed to restricted zones (Tuas, Jurong, Sentosa, Lim Chu Kang). We will be contacting you separately should your location fall under the restricted zones. Hospitals and hotels also have tight restrictions on delivery drop offs, so please arrange to pick up at the concierge or lobby when the driver arrives. Surcharge(s) also applies to orders that qualify for free delivery.

Delivery charges may differ during festive periods (Christmas, Chinese New Year, etc).

We are unable to deliver at a specific date and time. All orders are processed and delivered within 3 business days from the date the order is confirmed, unless specified otherwise in agreement by both parties. 

​

All products are limited on our shelves, so if any product(s) are sold out, do let us know if you wish to have us pre-order them on your behalf. 

​

The price online is the same as in-salon. Prices and availability of items online are subject to change without prior notice, as items are also sold in-store. Payment can be made via debit/credit card. PayLah/PayNow are only available in-salon. ​​

All deliveries are made by a third-party logistics partner.

PICK-UP


All products availability online are as reflected in-salon. You can choose to pick up your order on the same day, or let us know in your order notes on when you wish to pick it up. To pick up your order, simply pop by the salon at Hair Shaka, 63A Tanjong Pagar Road, Singapore 088484 and quote us your Order ID from your confirmation email. Please pick your item(s) up within the stipulated salon opening hours.  

 

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

We are sorry to inform you that cancellations are not allowed. Any request for change(s) made 48 hours before the scheduled time of delivery/pick-up is strictly not possible and non-negotiable. Please allow an additional grace period of 1 hour after we have dispatched your orders for any unforeseen weather and traffic conditions. While we endeavour to fulfil all deliveries by our logistics partner, Hair Shaka shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or due to the absence of the recipient or wrong address given. Separate charges for re-delivery applies.

RETURNS â€‹

 

Items purchased on HairShaka.com or in our salon cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded, except for items which are legitimately delivered in a damaged condition. If you have received a damaged item from us, you must contact us immediately or within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item via WhatsApp Chat to 8266 1340 with a picture of the damaged item(s) and your order number for online orders, or a copy of your receipt for in-store purchases. Once notified about the damaged item, we will arrange an exchange or a refund for the damaged item(s) depending on the extent of the damage(s) or availability of a replacement product(s) in-salon.
